Investing has inherent Risks:
Investing in stocks, or using futures, options and any other type of financial instruments involve risk. Member Service/Cancellation Policy:
YOU are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate, up to date and truthful. If the information is not accurate, up to date and /or truthful, your subscription can be terminated at any time without warning. TUG reserves the right to cancel anyone’s subscription at any time for any reason. The user will not receive a refund for any unused services.

If you believe your User Id and Password have been compromised you must immediately log into your account and change your password. If you cannot log into your account send an email to: traderusergroupinfo.com and TUG will provide you with a new User Id and Password. Have your security question ready. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You may not give your account information to anyone. If TUG has any reason to believe your account is being misused, TUG may cancel your account without any refunds. All discrepancies must be filed with TUG via email within 60 days of the occurrence/incorrect billing.

You will be an active member until your membership expires. Once your membership expires, you will no longer have access to any educational content restricted for members. All membership access to the TUG website is terminated once your membership expires.

Trader User Group Pricing and Refund Policies:
TUG reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Where subscription services exist, pricing changes will affect the next billing cycle. If you have an annual membership service, the new amount will be charged to the next annual billing cycle. If you have a six month billing cycle, the new pricing will go into effect when your 6 month billing cycle expires. TUG does not have a monthly billing cycle.

Performance Results:
TUG may discuss potential reward percentages on strategies detailed. All performance results are considered theoretical and are presented for educational and informational purposes only.

Trader User Group Code of Conduct:
You agree to be respectful member of our team and community, avoid causing harm/hacking into the site or TUG’s members, sharing user id/passwords, defacing, defamation or any unlawful act against TUG. If a complaint arises with TUG, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation immediately.

Trader User Group Blog:
TUG cannot give specific trading advice. Our Blog is for educational purposes only and is not advice to Buy or Sell. We provide commentary based upon what we believe and do not guarantee its accuracy. TUG, its employees and/or others may have position(s) in the stock(s) and/or option(s) and/or other security(s) we are referring to inside the Blog. Stock and/or Option and/or Future positions may have been placed by TUG, its employees and/or others before the Blog article was written and/or after the Blog article was written/posted upon the TUG site. Contests:
Should TUG hold and/or sponsor any sweepstakes, contests, games and giveaways (referred to as Contests) they will be governed by specific rules set forth by TUG and Federal/State Laws and will be posted on the TUG web site prior to contest initiation. The contests are prohibited where in violation of law. All judging and decisions will be made by TUG and all decisions by TUG are final. By entering the Contests YOU allow us to share your email address and name with our sponsors for the contest and site.
